Our engineers are ‘Blue Card’ accredited which means they have been health screened and trained in water hygiene. Energy & Utility Skills administer the scheme and those who pass the entry requirements and examination are admitted to the Energy & Utility Skills Register (EUSR). They are also fully trained and certified in the use of the plant and machinery we use.

We are an approved company by the Water Authorities and are nationally approved plumbers under the Water Industry Approved Plumbers’ Scheme (WIAPS). WIAPS is funded by sixteen Water Suppliers to administer an approved plumber’s scheme for them. In order to become a WIAPS member, applicants have to demonstrate that they have been suitably trained as a plumber; that they have adequate knowledge of the Regulations by passing an assessment and they must be able to confirm that they have appropriate insurance cover.

To reinforce our commitment to provide a quality service to our clients and customers, we are registered members of the WaterSafe Quality Assurance scheme. WaterSafe recognised plumbers are fully qualified to carry out plumbing work in homes and business premises providing they are employed by a WaterSafe member business. They have specific training in Water Fittings Regulations and Byelaws, which enables them to ensure there should be no risk from poor installation or sub-standard materials that could cause contamination of your drinking water supply.
